What the hell is a Heidi?

I only barely know who this is, I have never seen "The Hills" and I wouldn't recognize her on the street if she sat on my lap.. but I've seen her mocked in many a magazine, but unfortunately NOT on E!, where she's most frequently come on my radar. From the sound of this song, she DEFINITELY deserves mockery (although part of the chorus does sound more like "we love vagina" than what I think she's actually saying "me love designers," and she gets props for that).
